Employee Fulfillment Skills Report

The "Employee Fulfillment Skills" report provides the list of employees’ skills. To access the report, click Reports in the side navigation bar, and select Employee. Then, click on Fulfillment Skills.



The report can be filtered by the following: This report will be grouped by "Employee Type" at each school.



The information provided for each employee includes the employee’s name, title, and whether or not they need a substitute. For each of the employee’s skills, the report shows the number of substitutes with that particular skill, how the skill is used in fulfillment (Must Have, Should Have, or Must Not Have), and the Lead Times for that skill.

This report is also the best place to see any employees who might not have any skills attached. By checking the Show Only Employees With No Fulfillment Skills box and clicking Submit, you will see any employees without skills.
