Creating a Multi-District PIN

Last Updated: May 15, 2015 09:44AM EDT
If you are a substitute who works in multiple districts that use Aesop, then you will need a multi-district PIN! This article will show you how to create one.

Please keep in mind that you will still have a dedicated PIN for each district you work at in addition to your multi-district PIN.

If you have been recognized as a substitute that works in multiple district, you will see a message like this when you log into Aesop (If the system does not recognize you as a multi-district substitute, please contact your Aesop Navigator):

Now click the green Create multiple district pin button. This will take you to a new screen where you can enter a new multiple-district PIN. Simply type your six-digit numeric PIN twice, then click the green Create button.

You will be able to use this PIN number along with your ID number to access the system for any of your districts. You may also use this multiple district PIN when you receive a call from Aesop regardless of the distract that available job is for.

After you've created your multiple district PIN, Aesop will prompt you to add the district(s) you are associated with to your district list. Click Add to add the district to your list. Click Decline if you do not want to add the district to your list. You can also add another district by clicking the Add a different district button.

Now you can use your multi-district PIN to sign in at any of the districts on your list!
