Using the "Routings" Tab for TeachIowa Districts

Applicant tracking offers the option to route an application submitted to vacancies or position types to a designated user. The "Routings" tab determines these permissions and the assigned vacancy or position type(s).

Routed Vacancies and Routed Position Types

The Vacancy and Position Types sections function in a similar way. Simply select which applications submitted to vacancies or position types will become routed to this user.

To select a vacancy or position, simply check the box beside it. 

You can also have the system email the user every time an applicant submits for a vacancy or position that is routed to this user. Simply click the radio button beside "yes" or "no." 

Keep in mind, you can search for a position type or vacancy in the text box above each section, and you can click the checkbox beside the bolded category to select all listed options.

Select this option to send the user any files attached to the routing.



Click Save and Close once you are finished.
